Residential Moving Services
Three Generations Moving is dedicated to delivering local moving services tailored to your specific needs. We offer a variety of moving services designed to ensure the perfect move come moving day. You can select the services that best fit your needs including packing, unpacking and setup.
We understand how stressful moving is and if there is anything we can do to help, don't hesitate to ask. Our goal is to get you moved safely and quickly.
What are the steps:
- Contact Three Generations using our Get an Estimate Form or by calling us.
- We'll contact you and discuss all the options that best suit your move.
- We'll schedule a consultation with you to provide an estimate.
- We'll schedule your move doing our best to find the perfect day/time for you.
- On the Day of the move Three Generations Moving will:
- Arrive on time.
- Pack up your home (if you've opted for our packing service),
- Load the truck, while protecting your items with Moving blankets
- We'll transport your belongings to your new place
- Unload belongings either in a central spot at the new place, or dispersed to individual rooms.
- Leave.
Its Just That Simple!
Things we are unable to complete.
- Move heavy equipment
- Transport vehicles (or small engines)
- Transport pressurized gas or hazardous chemicals.
- Provide storage
- Grand pianos (the Big Flat ones)
- Safes/ Appliances over 1000lbs.
- Buildings/Structures. (4 walls and a roof)
- Disassemble electronics or mechanical equipment.
Packing Services
- We Pack - Using only the best professional grade packing materials, our moving experts will pack your entire home the day of the move.
- Fragile Packing - For items that are fragile or irreplaceable, be sure to let us know so we can take extra precautions to ensure safe transport of these items.
- You Pack – You're more than welcome to pack belongings yourself. Three Generations Moving can provide you with some helpful guidelines such can be found on our FAQ’s Page.
Additional Home Moving Services
- Unpacking – Three Generations Moving can unpack your belongings upon reaching the new destination
- Item Setup – We can setup items such as your bed, bookshelves and others. Please feel free to ask if you have any specific questions.
Trash/Unwanted Item Disposal
- We collect the unwanted items.
- We take it to either donate items or take it to the nearest landfill.
- We charge for our time at the standard per hour rate as well as the cost of the land fill is passed on to the client.
